1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Tech2Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Scope
We provide on-site and remote IT support, computer repairs, and technology consulting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Repair Risks & Data Loss
Important: While we take every precaution to protect your data, the process of computer repair can inherently involve risks.
- You are responsible for backing up your data prior to service.
- Tech2Me is not liable for any data loss occurring during the repair process.
- If a hardware component fails during testing or repair due to age or pre-existing conditions, Tech2Me is not held responsible.
4. Payment & Fees
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash.
- For on-site visits, a call-out fee may apply as specified at the time of booking.
5. Warranty
We provide a 30-day labor warranty on all repairs. This covers the specific work performed. It does not cover new issues, software infections, or physical damage occurring after the service. Hardware parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tech2Me be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
